Through December 20th at Target, you can get some free food. Use the coupons here for $2 off Archer Farms Ham and $1 off Fresh Broccoli or Cauliflower.There are singly prepackaged Archer Farms Ham Steaks that sell for considerably under $2 making them free. You do not, however, get an overage. The coupon, when scanned, automatically adjusts to the price of the ham steak.
If you purchase bulk broccoli (not sure if they sell bulk cauliflower), purchase only enough to cost $1 by measuring it using the scales they provide in the produce department. For example, when I bought some last week, broccoli was selling for $1.69 per pound. So, I measured out 3/5 a pound, used a $1 off coupon, and got 3/5 a pound of broccoli for free. You can purchase as many bags of bulk broccoli as you like, but make sure the cashier doesn't weigh all the broccoli together; each bag needs to be weighed separately to be able to use a coupon on each bag.
